Do you drive my car?
We pick up and deliver your vehicle at no cost to you.
We have adequate insurance to cover us whilst driving our clients' vehicles.
Will the car smell afterwards?
Some of our cleaning solutions do have an odour. Usually this does not pose a problem to the driver. If you have a sensitive sense of smell, please do not hesitate to mention this when you are booking.
Each car we service has a fragrance added.
Will the steering wheel be sticky after an interior clean?
No. We feel that this may be a little dangerous, so we do not groom the outer portion of the steering wheel.
Can I choose not to have a particular part of a service?
Yes. Each client has personal requirements and we believe they should get what they want/need. Please feel free to issue specific instructions at any time (eg please use a 'matt black' finish on the tyres and no gloss).
What is your guarantee?
We will groom your vehicle to your satisfaction.
